COVID-19: Coronavirus- IMPORTANT CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Dear Customer,
At the moment we are in very uncertain times, with the UK Government/ Public Health England taking extraordinary measures to try and contain the Covid-19 Coronavirus pandemic. As a result this is severely affecting how all businesses function and is presenting new challenges in terms working safely. Here at The Movement Bristol, whilst we continue to operate at the present time the health and wellbeing of our customers, staff, and all members of the general public are of upmost importance, and therefore we have had to adapt the levels of service we can offer, depending on the type of move detail concerned. Therefore, following appropriate risk assessments we have put in place increased measures in order to minimise risk, and ensure we all stay safe and well as we go about delivering customers our high quality service. From our perspective, these include maintaining at least X2 metre social distancing between staff and customer(s) at all times, regular sanitising of hands before/ during/ after moves, the wearing of clean protective gloves/ face masks/ respirators, and reinforced vehicle cleaning measures with systematic use of disinfectant cleaning agents.
Regrettably, due to the current advise on X2 metre social distancing from the UK Government/Public Health England, for those customers wishing to travel in the van from old address to new, we are not offering this service at the present time.
Thank you in advance for your understanding and co-operation in what are clearly challenging times for everyone. However, if we work together responsibly, we are confident with these increased measures, we can minimise the risk of Coronavirus spread and still get moves completed successfully and safely.
